On December 10th 2024 we commemorated the 76th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with Human Rights City Alliance, the City of Pittsburgh’s Commission on Human Relations, City Council, and the Mayor’s office. We may have a long way to go to fully realize human rights but together we can and we will use human rights as a basis for building a city that works for everyone, including our Black, immigrant, LGBTQIA+, and unhoused neighbors!

On December 12th 2023 we commemorated the 75th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with Human Rights City Alliance, the City of Pittsburgh’s Commission on Human Relations, City Council, and the Mayor’s office with a focus on housing as a human right. We may have a long way to go to fully realize human rights but if we work together, we can make positive changes in our city.
